During the summer vacation, the Darca school network and Yeshivatit Darca Hamatmid held a variety of social-educational activities. At the heart of the educational approach was the assumption that educational involvement and continuous contact with the students must carry on during the summer months. Included among the activities conducted both for the school as a whole and for individual classes, were: watching and actively participating in a play, visiting the “Luna Gal” water park, sports competitions, trips, and joint dinners. The staff and students feel that the special relationship that was sustained during the summer months also facilitated the smooth opening of the 2012-2013 academic year.
